Hi there! Wow have I got news to share! A lot of people are asking if I still "cook like I used to?" and "what is alkaline?" and "why am I doing this?" I plan to answer your questions here...I'll be posting videos & links that I came across while on my Alkaline journey so stay tuned!

Of course, the internet is not perfect. Thorough research for the truth is required to ensure you receive factual information about Alkaline living. For instance, Dr. Sebi speaks about how SPRING water is the best water for your cells as it contains MINERALS; the real food that your body craves. You need not spend extra money on those alkaline waters that are out now because most were chemically added alkalizers. And some expire after 3 days of shelf-life anyway. Meanwhile, purified & distilled waters strip minerals from your body, as they were also chemically treated. Stick with the Spring.
